Thanks to its stability and developed private sector in agriculture and apparel, Ghana provides vast opportunities in strengthening existing value chains and improving quality for more exports.  In addition to supporting the private sector in several value chains, such as corn, cocoa, and apparel, the Trade Hub will also dedicate resources specifically towards gender equality programs to integrate more women into non-traditional and supervisory roles. This adheres to the project’s overall goal to have the majority of all new jobs created under the Trade Hub to be occupied by women in all of its countries.
